Family of 3 give Casona De La Pinta top marks!
Our family enjoyed a two night stay at Casona De La Pinta and we were very impressed. It was the highlight of our trip. We travelled from Biarritz, France into Spain and through Navarra, the Basque country and into Cantabria - and we fell in love with this boutique hotel and the village of Riocorvo. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they were very forgiving of our limited Spanish. We stayed in the Presidential Studio Suite which was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The location is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside and mountains but only a short drive from the coast. The local bar (Bar La Plazuela) and restaurant (La Cuchara de las Meninas) both served amazing, delicious food with warm, friendly service. We highly recommend Casona De La Pinta.

storic building with a very service minded staff, a wonderful garden and nice room. Note: No problem to park close to the hotel! Tiny improvement requests for the room before our next visit: 1) an extra chair

Todo un descubrimiento en Cantabria. Situado el hotel en una casa espectacular, en un pueblo y entorno entrañable, con mucho encanto y en el centro de todas las excursiones que hemos hecho. Además, es un auténtico remanso de tranquilidad. La atención de todo el personal del hotel, inmejorable, con una paciencia infinita para contarnos todos aquellos sitios maravillosos de Cantabria que deberíamos conocer. Y las instalaciones del hotel, espectaculares, tanto por el continente (la casona por fuera es muy bonita), como en el contenido. Las zonas comunes como la zona de recepción y el comedor y el salón superior, son muy bonitos. Los desayunos, muy buenos, con productos de calidad y muy caseros. Y las habitaciones, también muy cómodas y bonitas. Únicamente, y como aspecto a mejorar, la iluminación del espejo del cuarto de baño, que a mi modo de ver no es suficiente. Aunque esto no empaña lo contentos que estamos con nuestra estancia. Muy agradecidos, de verdad!!!! Volveremos!!!!
